The Client
The Dusty Rhodes Foundation started in loving memory of one of the greatest and most influential professional wrestlers of all time: “The American Dream” Dusty Rhodes. Long before he entered the squared circle, Dusty’s dreams began on the playing fields of his youth. He was a gifted athlete in many sports and his baseball & football abilities earned him a full athletic scholarship which made him the first in his family to attend college.
The Problem
As this foundation was growing their outreach and creating promotional materials they realized that the quality and flexibility of their original logo was not fitting their immediate needs and what their potential needs would be moving forward as the organization grew.
The Solution
As a life long wrestling fan it was a joy to take their original logo and create something that was not only versatile for any possible media but also embodied the personality that Dusty Rhodes was known for worldwide. This project is one that I will enjoy seeing as the foundation’s reach grows.
